  2. I purchased 2 sets of the Hampton Bay solar rotating pathway lights and 2 of them will randomly quit working or get very, very dim after only 30 minutes. If I put a towel over the top then the unit works fine. It’s dark out with no other lighting. Should I just take them back to Home Depot?
